As of yesterday, Grafton county (~90,000 people) has eight identified active cases of COVID-19. Lyme has 1-4 active cases, Hanover has 1-4 active cases, and Lebanon has 1-4 active cases.
Dear Crossroads Families,
Flu season is approaching. We are asking Crossroads families to help to prevent the spread of flu in our school. The drive-through student flu-clinic starts this weekend and is hosted by NH DHHS and DHMC. If you take your child to one of the student drive-through flu clinics, please fill out the consent form and do not tear/remove the carbon copies. A flu shot consent form for the student drive-through clinic will be sent home in students’ backpacks this week.

Details:
- No appointment necessary, no insurance necessary.
- Any student from any state and any school may attend any of these clinics.
- Parent does not need to be present in the car but a completed parental consent form must be completed by the parent.
- Bring both copies of carbon copy consent forms (do not tear/remove).
