COVID Information: As of yesterday, Grafton county (~90,000 people) has 119 identified active cases of COVID-19. Lyme has zero active cases, Hanover has 29 active cases, and Lebanon has 11 active cases.

NH DHHS Modifications: New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services (NH DHHS) has issued updated guidance to the exposure risk quarantine period. DHHS has decreased the required quarantine period for those potentially exposed to coronavirus from 14 days to 10 days. Our NH epidemiologists emphasize that this does not make the disease less contagious nor are people less susceptible to serious illness, or worse, if infected. The disease can and still does incubate for up to 14 days. It is hopeful, however, that lessening the quarantine period for asymptomatic and negative individuals may reduce stress on the public health systems as cases rise rapidly across our country.

Travel and Daily Screening: Here is the Crossroads travel policy.

Below is the updated guidance for daily screenings  in how it pertains to your child and our staff at Crossroads:

    • Has the student traveled outside of New England in the last 10 days? If yes, keep the student home.
    • Has the student been exposed to a person who tested positive for the coronavirus within the past 10 days? If yes, keep the student home.
    • Has the student been exposed to a person who has COVID-symptoms within the last 10 days? If yes, keep the student home.
    • Take the student’s temperature. If the temperature is over 100°F, keep the student home.
