In the event of a school delay, cancellation, or in the unlikely case of an emergency, Crossroads uses a system called “Bright Arrow” to simultaneously contact all parents and staff with a recorded voice message, text, and email. We will conduct a test of our school announcement system on Thursday, November 18, during the morning hours.
The purpose of this test message is to make sure that we have all phone numbers entered accurately into our system. If you do not receive a text, email, and voicemail by 12:00 noon on Thursday, please let Darlene know so that she can add you to the distribution list. We will also send an email reminder from the school prior to our test announcement on Wednesday.
As we head into the late fall and winter, please note that we will do our best to send out notifications of weather-related delays or cancellations by 6:00 a.m. These decisions are based on the best information we have at that time. Should you need additional time to drive to school because of road conditions in your area, please contact Darlene Gautreau.
