Spring Break – Return to School Information

We are so happy to hear of pandemic progress, but we still have a way to go before Crossroads may lift travel restrictions. The aim is keep our community healthy and minimize disruption to other students and our school caused by quarantine from those who choose to travel. Crossroads will continue to require students to be in New England for 10 days before they return to in-person school; exceptions are noted in our policy.

Many areas across the US still have substantial levels of transmission. New viral variants have emerged in parts of the US and are considered more infectious. NH DHHS advises that any travel increases an unvaccinated person’s chances of getting infected. For these reasons, CDC currently advises against travel and public transportation for those who are unvaccinated (i.e., our students).

If your family travels, your child must be in New England on or before April 8 in order to resume in-person school on Monday, April 19.  Please be in touch with your teachers to discuss your return to New England dates and confirm the return to in-person school dates.  We appreciate all of our family’s patience and incredible consideration throughout this school year.

Please be familiar with the Crossroads Pandemic Travel Policy and NH DHHS travel guidance when considering spring travel plans. Kindly reach out to our division heads or school nurses if you would like to discuss distance learning or travel. We are here for you.
